#AskTheExpert Hello, I am 6 weeks pregnant. Can I eat khatta? Like achar or golgappa and xhaat. Or is it harmful

A. during pregnancy yes you can take these things but very less frequently During pregnancy it is always advisable to have your normal routine foods and include more of sprouted grains along with green leafy vegetables and adequate water intake which helps maintain good health Do have regular daily walking tc

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yea you can eat pickles and other khatti food. Also have more green leaves vegetables and increase the intake of liquid…… Take care
