Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feedinfg or formula milk feeding babies. If it is associated with mucous and foul smell ind motion than there could be some infection.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. a sign that baby has an illness. Babies with an intestinal virus or even a simple cold will sometimes have green, mucusy stools. Teething can also bring about green stools due to increased saliva (can also cause tummy upset) a lot of green vegetables or something with green food coloring in mom's diet.
