Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. can give febrex plus syrup for both fever and cold Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. Sinarist 1.5 ML can be given twice to the day for three days this is going to be or not helpful in getting rid of runny nose for the child as of now and giving indirect steam is also good and if required you can consult your paediatrician as well
