A. Namaste Mom, The weight is slightly less for the age but some variation is acceptable as long as the child is active for the age and eating healthy. Include now all regular family foods such as dry fruits , nuts and seeds, ghee, panner, curds, milk, fruit milk shakes,stuff parantha, rice, dals, rajma , lobia , eggs, chicken etc

A. Hello! Your child should be eating all the healthy food that daily prepare for your family like dal, chawal, roti, sabzi. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, and dry fruits and dairy in the daily diet
