White patches near mouth of my 5 month old baby. They feel when touched. What should I do to remove them?

Okay so do you feel it when you touch it that means it is roughness in the skin so you can apply EVION vitamin E cream or Boroline antiseptic cream it’s because it feels like this dryness in the skin which is why you feel that kind of situation so please check with your doctor if needed but currently you can apply the cream I am suggesting
