ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, for healthy weight gain of your 7 months old baby, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. you can give foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer.
then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd, paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
give 3 meals in a day and up to half katori every time.
continue to breastfeed

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. hello you can be giving your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and include fluids vegetable banana avocado potatoes sweet potato ragi egg which all will help in the growth of the child and nothing to worry about
