veer 7months old . I have a milk supply problem. today only i came to know that I have a low milk supply . Because veer never cry for milk . i had lots of milk starting time .. I don't know how it became low. please suggest what to do??? how to increase milk and which lacto powder should I start

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 5 m old girl3 weeks agoA. Shatavari powder you can take three times in the day with warm milk plus I would recommend you to focus on a healthy diet plus good liquids in the diet because it also helps a lot in boosting your lactation this would be good as of now
