today my baby fall from chair and she got bump on back of head not to big but inch size and she got some red dotes in that specific area.we applied ice and given some paracetamol syrup..is it is a concern

Without a physical assessment I cannot say whether it is a concern or not that you have to see physical if you see there some discomfort or anything even after doing the first aid then consult your doctor sudden vomiting or anything which is abnormal if you see anything happening like that within 24 hours and consult your doctor
