In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to fhhind out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

You are saying swelling is there you should get it checked with your doctor the screens are not going to help in reduction of the swelling but you first have to understand why swelling is that having swelling in the private part is in the very good thing to be seen
