For any kind of skin problem including any rashes or spots over the skin in any part of the body it is always required to do clinical assessment and know thie proper history before suggesting any treatment so please consult your dermyatologist or pediatrician for proper guidance

U can use Cetaphil lotion on to the face of your child it is going to help because it could be due to various reasons but as of now this one is the best option to apply it into the rashes on small small pimples that the skin has at this age so you can go ahead with that
