sir mujhe fibroid h.. jiske karan periods m bht bleeding hoti h..... or kamjori bhi rahti h.... khun ki kami ho gyi h.... kiya khau jise khun badhe...?

Hello ma’am you can take iron supplements and also along with that I would recommend you that you should consult your gynaecologist or a homeopathic doctor get your fibroid treated because if this is the only reason then you’ll have to first get it Get rid of other issues
