please doctor give me advice to my daughter's toilet tightly go what me do she is crying when it is come

A. You should give fibres and fluids more into the diet which will help in easy and better digestion of the food that you are giving and also the motion of the child is going to be smooth and easy I think it is just because of lack of water in the body that the motion is hard
