period on Nov 23 . irregular cycle of 37-47cycle length. took HCG test on Jan 12. report is 0.1 am i pregnant?

A. 0.1 is actually very less so cannot be very sure about it I believe you should consult your doctor regarding the situation they will be able to give you confirmation but with the figure that you presented doesn’t seem like it
