Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl5 years agoA. Hi hair fall is common following delivery. It is due to shift in cycle from growing phase to falling phase. Iron and calcium replacement is important. Healthy diet is important. Regular exercise is important

ReshmaMom of a 7 yr 10 m old boy5 years agoA. hello momma hairfall is a serious problem after delivery for many women. u may take iron and calcium supplements amd include almond and dates in your daily diet along with milk. and also massage your scalp with coconut oil and olive oil together
