now I'm 5months pregnant, getting backpain and abdominal pain and leg pain, what is happening.... is it ok?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. It’s okay it happens so it’s important to take rest and keep a chair in kitchen so you can take rest in between your daily chores and avoid forward bending and sit in direct sunlight daily fir 20 mins atleast in the morning time
