no milk secretion even I took garlic,galact granules,lactare and perinorm tablets.please give me a solution

A. Mam you can take fennel seeds water detox water and good protein diet if it helps you in in any manner otherwise I would suggest you to check with your doctor because Women cannot make milk at all despite of trying very hard but you can try these things also if it helps
