Myself 37 years old every month my period used to come before 4 days . My period was supposed to be on 14th (18th June)according to 4 days earlier . Today I checked pregnancy test and it's negative. I am concern about what could be the reason

A. Sometimes you do disturb disturbance in hormone these things can happen but currently looking at the situation that you are in I believe you should consult your gynaecologist once why your periods are coming early and what is the reason that you have skipped it for a four more days this time
