My son's nose started to bleed to suddenly while bathing and it happened again in school what can be the cause or reasons for this plz is this a serious issue to consider

A. It could be sometimes due to excessive heat in the body are looking at the situation that you’re having I would recommend you to kindly take an assistance with an ENT doctor to proceed with the right solution to it
