my son is suffering from high fever ,after giving paracetamol and antibiotic fever comes down,butafter 7 or 8 hour fever again come with 102 or 103 degree.what should I do

A. ok. you may give your child SYP crocin in every 6-7 hours. keep a watch on his body temp and if no improvement after three days, do visit your doctor.
