my son is suffering from fever & feeling stomach pain not eating too.please tell me any remedy

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 8 m old girl3 months agoA. You can give paracetamol that will work for fever and also will help him in reducing pain if you want also you can give cycloPam for stomach pain that is also going to be helpful and also I would advise you to consult your doctor once
