My son is having fever for last 2 days I have given paracetamol 250mg but today still body is getting heated can you please provide antibiotics for my son thanks

You should repeat paracetamol every six hours and the fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours then you can consult your doctor and please avoid giving antibiotics it actually hampers the lever of the Island for everything you should not look for giving antibiotics to the child
