my son is 5 month years old ,his breast milk is not enough for feed.can I drink cow milk to my son?

Animal milk is restricted under the age of 13 months if your milk is not enough you can start giving formula to the child which would be healthy at the same time as your breastfeeding to be given to the child but I’m afraid animal milk is a complete no no
