my son he is getting fever from 3 days only at night but that to 100.4 only last nught he got 102.4 fever i have given meftal p oral suspension...but what is the reason behind on and off fever....#asktheexperts

A. Hey! Fever at night that two coming in high temperature can indicate viral infections. Get your child personally tested by the paediatrician to understand what exactly is the cause and seek advice on a treatment plan.
