my son has white patches on face ..what is the reason for this.....?

White spots on the gibody and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper cliinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

Could be due to dryers deficiency of calcium and sometimes it could be due to our skin related problem also I would recommend you to kindly have a check up with your doctor and after that only you can be more sure about it and treatment can be suggested on that basis
