My son has been vomiting twice a day & had diarrhoea since yesterday. Which medication should I give him?

A. Entrogermina and emset you can give the first one is a probiotic that you can give twice in a day for three days the second one is for vomiting that is a SOS medicine so you can give it according to the requirement of your child and treated like a SOS medicine and please consult your doctor
