My son has 6 years plus but I can see his neck surrounded looks like black tan what can be done weight 26kg

Slurry of white bread and raw milk and add some potato juice into that and apply that and gently leave scrub it leave it for 10 minutes when it becomes a little little hard like about 80 to 90% and gently rub it off and take it which will help the problem
