It can be associated with throat infection which is your child is feeling pain and there could be congestion in the throat so currently if you have any medicine recommended previously go for it otherwise give ginger juice and honey with a pinch of black pepper also massage the throat with warm Desi ghee followed by warm compress which will be helpful
