my son cannot able to speak as expected is there any delay should we have to consult doctor

A. Yes you should if the child is not able to pick up by the age of 2 1/2 years then you have to consult a speech therapist and it is genuinely considered as a delay in the growth of your child so please check with your doctor for sure
