my son age 2 years 2 months he can't respond his name but he told number and alphabet... is there autism?

A. Mam where has your child learn these numbers and alphabets from because if you’ve given too much of screen time then maybe your child picked up from there but if the child is not responding to its name not making an eye contact or not understanding normal conversation it can be a problem I cannot see autism but you definitely should see a child psychologist
