Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl4 days agoA. Water is not enough you also have to give fibre which diet because fibre actually helps a lot in easy and better digestion and the motion gets smooth so try to include more of fibre fruits and vegetables and food in the diet
