my son 6 yrs old has viral . he is compiling stamoach ach dr.has said it is due to constipation. what should I do

You should reduce the constipation by giving proper fibres and fluids in the diet apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping give about 60 ML of prune juice in the night before the Day with a glass of warm water these things will be very helpful
