my last lmp is 28 feb 2026....I am pregnant....in which week dual marker and nt/nb is done ...I am not able to calculate week all apps are showing different day number

What is the right time for your dual market your Dr is going to tell you so right now you are approximately going to be three months pregnant which is somewhere around 13 weeks by completing the time of month of May and in case of any doubt you can check with your doctor
