my daughterturning 8 this month but some health issues she is facing like chest pain discharge , is this early puberty , do i need to worry

Chest pain I am not certain about this can be associated with puberty could be associated with gas and gloating of course but yes if the child is having massive discharge if you see in grown hair and under arm and vagina region the period is not far so if you see these things you should immediately talk to a doctor and visit gynaecologist and then if needed your doctor will refer you ahead to an endocrinologist
