My daughter is 3yrs old,she is having dysentery since 2-3 days…how many days it takes to recover ??? When can i start cow milk again,as she is demanding milk

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. cannot give the child is suffering from acute gastroenteritis (either viral or bacterial) examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics. can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations. give easily digestible food. ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the body. improve in 4 to 5 days
