You can go ahead with bank related exercises after consulting the doctor also I would advise you to use the hot water bottle or a heat pad that’s going to be helpful for exercising in medication associated with the problem and if you had it previously also before you were pregnant or in pregnancy you may as well get a full check up done with your doctor
