Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 5 m old boy5 years agoA. Hello good evening !! As baby is one + year old you can give mashed foods Mashed rice/roti with Dal/sabji/curd, fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes or as finger foods, porridge, kichdi, Kheer, cerelac.
Avoid processed foods,maida,junk ,oily foods.
Banana, apple, beans,Dal, idly, Ragi,ghee, cheese butter,paneer,curd,dry fruits,egg helps in increasing weight.
Give fluids, adequate water for increasing appetite.
