Okay so maybe your child is having stomach pain pain maybe your child has some problem with the food that your child has eaten it could be associated with water also and pain could be due to multiple reasons so what is the issue in that that I’m not understanding and having stomach pain is very normal for a child so you can just proceed with the medication suggested by the doctor
