Q.

My daughter has trouble pooping. She gets constipated often, squeezes her legs when she tries, and medicines like Laxolite, Colax, and suppositories haven’t given a long-term fix. Kindly help!

A. Okay so give about 30 ML of prune juice in the night before sleeping and apply some castor oil in the navel start the day with a glass of warm water making your child sit into Malaaan this will really help followed by papaya that will be good you can also give buttermilk twice a day these things are really very helpful and actually work like natural laxative for easy digestion and motion
