Hello mother, protein and fibrous food is always necessary for the growing child it helps in proper development of child and fibre keeps the digestive system light. so for weight reduction its important that you make your child do some exercise in a fun way, play more of outdoor games with him to increase physical activity.Give proper massage to baby.And in diet give proper 3 main meals and in between the meals you can provide fresh fruits, some homemade snacks or fluids like buttermilk, lemon water, coconut water, fresh fruut juice without sugar.It would surely help your child to loose some weight.
