My child has cold so I was giving him cetrizine his runny nose was improveimg but he has fever for two day and after that he recovery was fine and then after he develop ed a fever again what shold I do

A. Go for giving paracetamol and repeat every six hours and also check with your doctor because right now viral is really spreading a lot and due to infection viral gets very aggressive when the fever comes from time to time
