my child age 18 months. he was suffery fever his head and body heat. hands and legs cool what should we do.

Fever is a response of the bodyg to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be adgain repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
