Q.
my baby was vomitting yesterday after feed.vomiting is now stopped but last night developed fever, which is controlled now by using paracetamol but today at 11 am he passed green watery stool.we given domstal and paracetamol he passed stool three times since today morning 3 am to 11 am. baby is active but not as he been earlier.is it concerning or any medicine for green stool

Teething and stomach infection both can lead to this kind of motion as that you mentioned so there’s no medicine till the time we do not know what is the reason behind it so please take an assessment with your doctor to proceed with the right solution to the problem
