My baby's face is having rashes in the neck and back?? tiny red dots same as mosquito bites

A. If it is a mosquito bite then other than face you can apply a mix of Kapoor and coconut oil but if you are seeing it only on the entire body then it is associated with a rash on the skin in that case I would recommend to start applying calamine lotion as that would be a better choice
