my baby is extra fussy from 2-3 days. He is 4.5 months old.. wants to be held and walk all the time. what is the issue?

A. This is the bonding phase and its normal for baby to get attached and wants tostay by your side all the time

A. Teething could be happening due to irritation in the gums kids often behave like that so I would just advise you to check the gums and comfort the child by introducing tablet number 21 under homeopathy and also can give Babyhug teeher your child
