My baby is complaining for stomach ace can I give deworming medicine if yes which one is recommended

A. Hey! It is not compulsory that the child is getting a stomach pain due to worms. It can be indigestion or some other infection also. So it is not advisable to self medicate or decide medication yourself for the child. Please get in touch with the consulting paediatrician for a proper medical evaluation and treatment plan.
