Q.

my baby is approx three months old but his weight is still 3.8kg and his birth weight was 2.5 and he started social smile today only one time he smiled so I should worry or not

A. Hello! There should be a minimum weight gain of 400 to 500 g per month in the first few months after birth. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration and weight gain. Slowly your baby will be reaching on the milestone.
