Q.
My baby is almost 5 months old. Now i need to feed a milk with bottle to her. Can i give a pure Cow's / buffalo's milk OR formula milk for her feeding ??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children5 years agoA. Cow's milk should be introduced to the child only after 1 year of age . Earlier introduction of cows milk can lead to micro bleeding in the digestive tract. It's alfso deficient in iron vit E,C and essential fatty acid. It's also lacking ideal proportion of protein and fats present in breast milk or any formula milk .

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 6 m old boy5 years agoA. Hello dear parent! For the first one year the baby should be either breastfed or formula fed only. Outside milk should be given only after one year completion. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
