my baby is 9 months and he had a small pimples group around the neck region and light red in colour please suggest to get rid of this

A. Ma’am without a physical assessment we cannot figure out what’s the problem plus you haven’t shared a picture so I think it would be good for you to take a physical assessment with your doctor to understand the problem and the reason and solution accordingly
