My baby is 3 years 7 months old, but he doesn't speak.. IM going with speech therapy and occupational therapy but he doesn't speak. How long need him to speak? please let me know.

Oh I don’t understand speech therapy but what purpose are you taking occupational therapy has your doctor told you that your child is lagging in its growth or your child is having mild autism or anything because OT is usually done in these cases so I cannot confirm how much time the speech will be there but with regular speech therapy will help also you can take homoeopathic medication which will help in good development of vocal chords
