my baby is 3 year 11 month old he has full of stomach bloating what ever he eats and have stomach pain before passing the stool how can I cure his blotting and keep his gut improved what should I do?

You can check with the doctor for the medicines which will help in increasing improving the gut health and also will also help a lot in introducing bloating and all and what kind of diet should you use and what kind of things you need to avoid would be suggested by your doctor only
